1. Return Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Notification of the intent to return must be made within 2 days from the date of purchase.


2. Condition of Products:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the products show any signs of use, wear, or damage.


3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified 2-day period. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on the return process, including the information required for verification.


4. Verification and Refund:

Returns will be subject to a thorough verification process upon receipt.
Refunds will only be issued once we are confident of the unused and proper condition of the returned products. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed after the verification is complete.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Exclusions:

Certain products may be non-returnable. Please check the product description or contact our customer service for clarification. Clearance or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

9. What is the estimated delivery time?:

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Though we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.
