What to Eat During the Third Trimester

The third trimester is when your baby is growing quickly, your appetite may change, and even deciding what to eat can sometimes feel like a task.

So, what you should eat during the third trimester?

You don't need an intricate meal plan or a long list of "super foods” what is needed is a well balanced diet full of a variety of good nutritious foods that are high in protein, fibre, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. You may need extra calories & some little extra energy during the third trimester.

1. Protein-Rich Foods
